For persons who have been nominated as a fire marshal i.e those personnel who have been given fire marshalling responsabilities in your organisation.

Course Content
The course consists of theoretical and practical input for the staff who has been nominated as a fire marshal. The course is designed specifically to promote fire safety within the workplace and demonstrate to staff the causes of fire and to introduce safe working practices. The course includes extinguisher training both theory and a practical demonstration and students can use any commonly found extinguishers in the workplace on a real fire to gain experience. 
Students will receive training and instruction in correct fire procedures and safe evacuations including generic fire masrhal duties and responsabilities. 
On completion of the training the students will have sufficent knowledge and understanding to enable them to carry out all the duties and responsabilities of a fire marshal in the event of a fire.

How is the course assessed?
Students will be assed through Q&A, observation and practical assessmnet of extinguishing a real fire.

Tution (theory & practical)
Equipment - Gas Rig (creates live fire) extinguishers, course materials, consumables and certification
Open COurses at the Training & Development Academy include a three course lunch& refreshments.
Car Parking
Cerificates will be awarded to all students successfully completing the course.

At TDA or occasionally at your workplace

£130 + vat per person or £1390 + vat for a bespoke course for up to 15 delegates.
